“Are you serious?”
Deep within an alleyway, a vicious gang burst into laughter, unable to control themselves. They just couldn’t believe what they heard – the kid they were threatening was threatening them back? It was just so stupid – there were well over a dozen of them, and only one of him.
“Listen, Sora,” the leader, Nick, said, wiping tears of mirth away from his face and clutching his stomach. “I’m only going to ask nicely one more time, alright? Just join the gang, and we won’t beat you into a bloody pulp.” He smirked, patting the knife hidden behind his jacket. “The choice is yours.”
Said teenager was leaning up against a wall, his hood pulled over his face and the beginnings of a smirk on his face. This scenario had repeated itself so many times, he wasn’t even worried any more. Every week, he ended up in this position, and every week he escaped unscathed. “You guys just never learn, do you?” he asked, glancing up and glaring at the other boy. “How about YOU guys leave me alone before I shove your heads through a wall?”
Nick glared at him, snapping his fingers. In an instant, a burly, muscular boy appeared at his side, towering a good couple of inches above him. “Don’t say I didn’t warm you,” the leader said, pointing at Sora with his index finger. “Sick him.”
The massive boy charged at Sora like a bull, roaring like, well, a bull. Sora sighed, straightening up and bracing himself. Stepping to the side, he grabbed the other teen by his collar and stopped him dead in his tracks.
“I warned you, didn’t I?” Sora said, grinning at the astonished looks of the rest of the gangs faces. "You think I have this reputation for no reason? Please, unless one of you has an Uzi or something, you don't stand a chance." Twisting around, he hurled the well over two-hundred pound boy into the wall with one hand, knocking him unconscious immediately. Sora turned back to the others, curling his hands into fists.
“Who’s next?

Ami was passing the said alley when she heard a commotion from within it, which caught her interest. It seemed a fight was occurring. Judging by the dialogue, one seemed to be a good fighter, or at least claimed to be. So the blind girl leaned against the wall a fair distance away, listening to what was happening. She was interested in meeting this kid.

“Get him!” Nike yelled, drawing a knife from within his jacket and brandishing it. Sora rolled his eyes, watching about a dozen teenagers charge him at once. For once, he’d like some of these thugs to use their brains instead of trying to simply beat him to death.
He ducked under and incoming fist, striking its thrower with an elbow to the chin. The boy staggered backwards in pain, only to be thrown backwards as Sora spun around and hook kicked him in the head. “Not even worth my time,” he scoffed, grabbing someone’s arm and wrapping it under his arm, snapping it in half with an upward jerk.
“You bastard!” the boy scrammed, falling to the ground and grabbing his arm. Sora ignored him, instead ducking down and slamming his knee into someone’s groin. That teenager also fell to the ground, writhing and swearing at the top of his lungs.

"Hmm...impressive," Ami said to herself as she listened to the fight. She could also sense where the people were, as she was sensitive to body heat. She could easily observe this fight without seeing it, and she knew that one was winning against many.

Sora leapt into the air, wrapping his knees around one’s head and slamming his elbow into his skull repeatedly. The gangster crumbled like tinfoil, hitting the ground hard. Sora sighed, standing up and cracking his neck. “Come on, I’m getting tired of this. Do I really have to beat you all down?”
“That’s it!” Nick yelled, charging at Sora and hacking at him with his knife. Sora sighed, stepping backwards and avoiding each slash. It was almost too easy – ever since he’d merged with Aros, he’d developed nearly superhuman speed and agility. Sure, he’d always been able to handle himself before he went to the digital world, but now fights left him feeling unsatisfied.
Sora flipped backwards through the air and plated his feet on a wall, thrusting himself forward and slamming a fist into Nick’s gut. The teen staggered backwards, clutching his abdomen and panting heavily. Still ,he got back to his feet and trusted his knife towards Sora’s neck, grinning evilly.
“Please,” Sora muttered catching his hands in midair and twisting it. The other teen screamed as his wristed broke, dropping the weapon he carried. He quickly spun around and slammed an elbow into another’s face, using the momentum from the twist to smash his foot into Nick’s face, sending him flying through the air.
The few conscious teens took hesitant steps backwards, watching Sora brush some dirt off his jacket before charging him once more.

"Damn," was all the girl muttered. That was it. She had to meet this guy and learn how he fought like that. Perhaps he could give her some pointers. She was always eager to learn new moves after all.

Grinding his feet into the ground, Sora shot at his foes in a blur of black and blue, slamming his shoulder into one and knocking him back to a wall .Not wasting a second, he jumped after him and delivered a bone crushing knee to chest, hearing a number of ribs crack in the process. Turning around, he hurled himself into the fray and delivered a sweep kick, kicking one off his feet before kicking him back into the air.
“Come on!” He yelled, jumping up and flipping before sending the teen into the ground with a mighty axe kick. He landed on all fours, a dangerous and violent look in his eyes – almost as if he wasn’t completely human anymore. If any of them bothered to look, they might notice the Digital Hazard pulsing weakly in his pupil, though it would take a lot of effort to notice it.
“H-hey, listen, we’re s-orry. We’ll go now!” yet another yelled, turning tail and running away with the two other conscious members left. Sora shook his head, leaping up and jumping between the alley’s walls before skidding to a halt in front of them, growling slightly.
“Not a chance,” he said, running forward and slamming his forearms into their chests, knocking them backwards a good ten feet. He turned to the last teen and jumped in the air, bringing his elbow down on his skull and knocking him into darkness.

"Wow," Ami said, hearing the fight as it came closer to her as she stood at the entrance of the alley. "Amazing"

Sora turned around and looked at the girl who had spoken, frowning at the drops of blood that had stained his jacket. “Eh, it was okay,” he responded rolling his neck and wincing as he pressure on it was released in a series of loud cracks. “I’ve had worse. At least they weren’t carrying guns this time.” He frowned, locking his eyes onto her frame. “Wait, hwo are you?”

The girl turned her face towards Sora, hearing his voice as she smirked. "Ami. And that was more than OK. I have never heard anyone fight like that. And I've been fighting for years. "I must ask where you learned it all."

“Well, my dad trained me until I was about ten…” he said, trying to remember how he’d learned to fight. “Then, I guess I sort of trained myself. Fighting all those gangs defiantly helped with that.”

"That's cool. My grandfather trained me for the last several years," Ami said. "Plus I fight a lot at the gym."

“Cool,” Sora said, rubbing a spot of blood of his face and grinning. “I don’t really go to the gym much anymore. It’s just too easy – it gets kind of boring barley breaking a sweat.”

"Yeah. But I like to make bets that I can beat guys blindfolded," Ami said. "They're pretty embarrassed and shocked when I win." She wished she could see the looks on their faces sometimes.
