A young woman moved skillfully around in the ring, dodging every punch thrown at her with ease as she heard his fists coming at her rapidly. Stepping to the side, she listened carefully, her sensitive ears just barely picking up the sound of his quickly beating heart. He had moved to the side of her with impressive speed, but she send her arm flying with heavy force into his stomach, then moved to the side and gave him another good blow, knocking the exhausted man down.
He lied there for a few seconds then stood up, sighing. He was bigger than this scrawny girl, who was wearing a freaking blindfold. How on Earth could she have won? He was impressed. "Damn, girl. How did you learn to fight like that, and with a blindfold?!"
Ami smirked, taking the blindfold off. "I've always fought blind," she said Her cloudy eyes told the guy she was truly blind, and he was shocked. "Now I believe we said it was five bucks?"
"Uh...yeah," He said, taking a five out and handing it her reluctantly.
The girl paused, listening to the young man's heart, which was now beating normally. He was telling the truth about the money. It really was a five. She then took it and said, "Thank you. Pleasure doing business with you."
The young man then left, feeling rather embarrassed to have been beaten by a blind girl, but more so in awe of her skills.
Ami sighed in contentment, leaving the ring and walking slowly towards the area where she knew the machines were. This gym was a regular place for her to hang out, the manager being a good friend of her and her grandfather. He even got a machine with Braille, which Ami was surprised to hear. She walked over to the machine and put in a few quarters for an energy drink, then walked over to a bench. She knew where everything was, and because of this, most people there wouldn't know she was blind if they hadn't met her before, or looked at her eyes.
