A thunderclap roared overhead as Sora leapt between rooftops, pulling his sopping jacket closer to his body in a feeble attempt to remain warm. The concrete beneath his feet began to feel slippery beneath his feet, throwing him off balance as he jumped down another story, landing on his face.
That looked like it hurt, fuck-up. Maybe you should have headed home a little earlier. At his rate, you're going to crack your skull open and spill you brains out.
"Shut up, Aros," the teen muttered under his breath, taking another running leap and landing on the top of a lamppost. (Think Spiderman XD) The street he stood upon was unusually quiet, and with a start he realized he'd managed to got out of the business sector and into the residential area.
"Well, at least I won't have to worry about getting hit by a tractor trailer," he muttered, taking a moment to catch his breath. "Damn it, my parents are going to KILL me. Remind me why I stayed out this late?"
Because you got held up by a gang?
"Oh yeah, that's right. I almost forgot." He glanced a his shoulder, noticing the sticky red liquid that stained his jacket. "It's weird, I never noticed it, but whenever I get stabbed I usually don't feel it after 5 minutes. Maybe it's the blood loss."
Nah.

Kiara was walking through the streets toward the Train Station, umbrella at hand and shielding her from the rain pouring down from the sky above. She told her parents that she was going to head down to the store to pick up some things on the grocery list, and in truth she was, AFTER she came back from the Digital World. She would be a few minutes later but eh, who's counting? She shivered a bit as the cold managed to seep through her jacket and onto the bare skin underneath. Well, whatever bare skin that wasn't being covered by her shirt.
"You and your friend really do like going to the Digital World, don't you." Commented Shidaimon, the spirit beside Kiara as the girl gave a small grin and nodded. "Of course, why wouldn't I?" She asked, continuing to walk though startled slightly by the sudden thunderclasp.
"Because your life always has a chance of being in danger?"
"No problem.. you know I'm strong, even without spirit evolving.. though it does help more-than-often." Kiara responded back with a smile. Shidaimon shook her head though smirked a bit, realizing that the girl was right. She 'was' strong in her own right. It was why she was chosen to use the Spirit of Order.. spirits like herself and Aros need strong hosts.

Sora kept running forward, leaping to another building with a kind of fluid grace one wouldn’t expect from such an energetic teen. Shit… he though to himself, glancing over the edge of the building. It was a ten story drop straight down, and the building across from him was way to far away for him to jump to, even with his superhuman abilities.
HE glanced down at the street, taking note of the only person walking below. “Shouldn’t be too much trouble,” he said, pulling back a sleeve and revealing one of his combat gauntlets. Aiming at the other building, hr pressed down on one of the pressure pads on it, releasing a metallic chain tied to a chrome-digizoid hook.
That’s nw.
“Yeah, I figured now was as good a time as any to test it out,” Sora muttered, leaping off the building, flying through the air and swinging to the ground below. His feet hit the pavement hard, making him skid a couple feet along the slick concrete
He straightened up, wiping some water from his brow and retracting the chain back into his gauntlet. “Well, that was different.”

Kiara was very much startled as she saw Sora pop up out of nowhere, skidding a bit across the concrete. At first she simply stared, taking a moment to try and understand what had just happened. She then finally came back to focus, quickly running over to him. "Sora?? You alright?!" She asked, still a bit freaked out and wondering why the hell he popped down like that. Shidaimon simply shook her head, amazed at how the host of the Spirit of Chaos was acting. Then again.. it shouldn't have been surprising to her.

“Uh...yeah,” Sora said, turning around and scratching the back of his head. “Why wouldn’t I be? It’s not like I haven’t had to deal with worse before.” He rubbed his forearm, frowning. “I should probably start practicing with this thing, though. Not exactly very good with it yet.”
As if on cue, Aros appeared next to Sora in a sparkling display of light, leaning up against the wall. “That’s because you’re incompetent,” he scoffed, smirking slightly. “I told you to practice with them before you used it.”

(Gotta think of a nickname for Shidaimon.. hm..)
Kiara shook her head, amused though still a bit unsure if Sora was lying to her or not. She decided it wasn't any of her business though and smiled at him, then nodding at Aros. "Nice to see you Aros." She told him. Shidaimon hesitated in answering, so didn't say a word at all. Kiara then glanced at Sora, shaking her head. "Yeah, practice, or next time you might do more then just skid across the ground." She told him with a slight laugh.

“Nah, I’m too good for that,” Sora said jokingly, chuckling. “You know, unless this moron decides to cut the chain or something.” The teen glanced at his spirit, who still had his arms folded across his chest. He clearly wasn’t very comfortable being near the spirit of order and not attempting to gouge out her eyes like old times.
“Hi,” he said in a lank tone of voice, straightening up slightly.
“Come on hardass, cheer up!” Sora said, slapping his spirit on the back. “Live a little, stop being so serious all the time!” The boy pulled off his jacket and rang it out, the water seeping out of the cloth permeated with a crimson tint.

"Hello Aros." Shidaimon said, her tone of voice almost exactly like his. Kiara rolled her eyes, knowing they wouldn't snap out of the voices they were using towards each other and deciding not to push on it, looking at Sora. "So what brings you out here anyways? Hopefully not to continue jumping around and slipping up. Its starting to rain harder, you might catch a cold or something." She told him/

Sora grinned impishly, whistling for a moment or two. “Nah, I’m just trying to head home. Got help up at the Train Station by a couple of thugs, and had to take a couple minutes to take care of em. Course, now my parents are going to kill me for being late, but it’s not like it hasn’t happened before.”

"I see.. well I'm heading to the Digital World." Kiara told him with a smile, before moving aside for him. "You should get going then, I held you up long enough." She told him, not wanting to hold him up any longer than neccessary.
