Silver and I came up with a great idea on a new way for us and our members to produce an income. Why not just have a regular income, based on the digimon? And to balance out the money, we'd have things like house payments and digimon food expenses. We have a full system worked out, and I think it looks great. Here's how it looks.
Tamer or digimon get money based on their EVP. Getting 20 bits per point every two weeks. Not sure if it will be based on their first digimon, strongest digimon, Average of the digimon, or for each digimon. But there will be a minimum floor of 60 bits before bills, and a max cap of 1000 bits after bills.
The bills include house payments, and food for the digimon. The first bill, the house payments, reducing your initial income by a percentage. 10% for a digimon hut, 20% for a house, and 30-40% for a mansion. After that bill come food payment. You simply start with it consuming 5 bits for two weeks as a fresh, and double the amount of bits each time it's max evolution increases. Going fresh-5, in training-10, rookie-20, champ-40 ultimate-80, and mega-160. This part applies to each digimon.
After all this you get the grand total of your income for that char. Here's an example:
Say we have tamer with a digimon who has 11 EVP. Normal house. The process would be:
Initial income = 11 EVP * 20 = 220 bits
House payment = 220 * .2 = 44 bits
Food billl = 40 bits
Net profit = 220 - 44 - 40 = 136 bits at the two week period
I'm also thinking we'd assign this task to one or two mods as their own personal jobs, if they're interested. It certainly beats making no money at for long periods of time.
Please let me know what you think of this system. If you like it or if you think it could use some tweaks, let me know.
