E.V.P System
This idea/use of a system I had gotten from A New Digital Chance, and its pretty effective in terms of getting people to roleplay more, as well as limit the strength of a digimon at the beginning. Digivolution is done with this sort of system, which in this case is in the hands of yourselves and the staff. Whenever you and others finish a thread -battle or no battle-, a staff member will give you EVP Points based on how good your posts are, how long the thread went -this one can vary-, and the battle(s) that had occured.
The points range and it may seem a bit slow, but its a more then decent system. Moderators & Staff have the right to NOT give you points though, if you break the rules and/or be rude to us -which can generally spawn from slightly slow responses to giving you points-. We are doing our best here, after-all. We also have the right to give little to no EVP Points if you and/or others are making unsatisfactory, or very short posts. OR if you continuously make thread after thread every couple of minutes just so you can pile up the points. Remember, we 'can' figure out when and where you post.
There will be a limit as to how many points you can get in a week, though I am not going to put it up yet until I see the stats/progress of roleplaying here. Well enough chit-chat, here is the list of the list. The numbers on the left obviously are the amount of points you need to have access to that digivolution form.
~~~
Evolution Points for Tamers and Biohumans:
0: Egg or Fresh
1: In-training
3: Child
10: Armor 1
13: Adult
17: Armor 2
21: Perfect
27: DNA Evolution to Perfect
35: Regular Ultimate
36: Burst Mode
38: Bio-Evolution
41: Bio-Burst mode
45: DNA Evolution to Ultimate
55: Seperate Evolution line 1
70: Seperate Evolution line 2
(Do not think much of the seperate evolution lines yet. I may or may not implement it.)
~~~
Quite basically when that one digimon's EVP Points reach the requirement, for example has an amount of 8 points, it can digivolve to that form whenever it wants then -general/roleplay rules still apply-.
That's about it.. oh, the Seperate Evolution Lines? Well I'll get into those later, when I decide whether or not I'll implement them.
