The Trailmon that Dameon had picked had unfortunately split him apart from the others he had recently met, well, at least it seemed like so at first. He was walking through the Trailmon, looking out at the environment and surroundings in awe.
"So.. I'm guessing this isn't Shibuya anymore.." He mumbled, making his way to the next train car.. it seemed the Tailmon was making his way up a large mountain.. odd that train tracks led UP a mountain, but eh, Dameon wouldn't ask.

Sora stirred, the sound of footsteps echoing throughout his apartment. He pushed himself up in his seat, yawning widely. “Morning already?” he asked sleepily, stretching his arms. “I could have used another hour or two.”
“Where the hell am I?” he asked, looking out the window. The towering skyscrapers and chrome polish of the city was gone, replaced with towering mountains and majestic fields of green grass. “What is this, The Wizard of Oz?” he mumbled, trying to shake the exhaustion from his system.

Dameon wandered into the train car that Sora was in and blinked. He recognized him barely.. he spotted the boy rushing to get into the train just like he did. "Hm..? Hello." He greeted him, walking on over.
He stayed a bit caution and wary just in case.. well you couldn't blame him. They 'were' in a different world that looked like it was from some fantasy world.

“Uh…hey,” Sora said, nodding his head in the other boy’s direction slightly. He remembered seeing this guy back at the Train Station, but other than that he’d never met him before. Still, it was weird they were they only ones on this stupid thing.
He ran his hands through his chocolate brown spikes, not quite sure how to react. “I’m guessing you got the message to?” He asked, holding up the device in his palm. It’s black and gray casing glinted in the sunlight that phased through the windows. He glanced outside again, watching as they began to ascend along the mountain.
“This is so weird,” he muttered.

"Yeah.. to both bits.." The boy mumbled, then recalling he too found himself with a weird device. He pulled it out, showing Sora the D-Tector in his hand.. it was a blue and white D-Tector (same as Koji's first one). "Don't have a clue on what this is.." He said.
He then glanced out the window, seeing them ascend higher and higher. He gulped and quickly backed away from the window, feeling a bit woozy. "I wonder where we're going."
"This Trailmon is going to take you as far as he can to the Spirit of Light."
"Huh?!" Dameon fell over, the D-Tector falling out of his hand and sliding a bit across the floor. The same feminite voice had come from it! "What're you talking about, spirit of light??"
"You will both find out what I mean when you arrive at your destination. It is something you need to see and discover on your own.."
The voice then faded.. there would be no more responses even if Dameon and Sora begged and tried.

“Okay then…” Sora said, prodding the device on the ground with his foot and shrugging his shoulders. “And I thought it was weird when mine started to talk. Started babbling about chaos and something or other.”
The boy reached down and picked up the device, handing it to Dameon. “Might want to keep a hold of that,” he advised, pocketing his own device. “You might need it later.” He sat down in a seat and scratched the back of his head. “Wonder what it meant by ‘Sprit of Light’”, he mused. “Sounds kinda cheesy.”

Dameon nodded, putting away his D-Tector and sitting down in the seat opposite and in front of Sora. He shrugged his own shoulders, looking out the window. He really did had to admire the scenery.. it was unreal, and quite unlike their hometown.
"Maybe a bit, but.. seems to be important and all that.."
He paused a moment, then a smile began to form. "I guess we're in a completely different world or something. Like inside a virtual world or video game or something." He suggested, both being far-fetched but eh.. its the thought that counts. He had a big grin on his face.
"I bet this is one of those things where we're 'destined to save the world' or whatever, like in those T.V shows and Video Games! Wouldn't that be awesome!"

Sora smirked, shrugging his shoulders. “I suppose so,” he said, weaving his fingers behind his head and leaning backwards. “As for the whole digital world theory, seems a little off to me.” He looked upwards thoughtfully, resisting the urge to yawn. “Of course, it would explain how we got here so quickly.”
He toyed with the device in his hands, marveling at how light it was. It’s surface was cool and smooth to the touch, almost like ice. It was an almost pleasing sensation.
The boy stood back up and stretched his back, wincing as his vertebrae snapped into place. “Either way, something tells me we’re in for one hell of a ride.”

Around the same time Sora said that, a bit after even, the Trailmon went over some bumps on the track which cause the train cars to rock up and down, albeit a bit violently. Dameon was surprised and fell over onto the ground again face-first, sweatdropping and wondering..
'Why does this always happen to me?'
"Oops! Sorry children, there are a few bumps on the road, ya know?" Came a voice from up front, a somewhat.. male-like, but high-pitch voice.
The boy blinked, getting back up on his feet while looking around, shocked. "Did you hear that?"

Sora stumbled to his feet and blinked once, trying to make sense of what he’d just heard. “Alrighty then…” he said, shrugging off his jacket and holding it over his arm. “Either I’ve completely lost it – which would explain a lot – or someone else is on this crazy thing.”
The boy started walking forward, a hard glint in his eye. “If that’s the case, I think we should head up front. With any luck, we might be able to figure out what’s going on here.” The teen shoved open the door to the next carriage and stepped in, not bothering to look back.
“Hey! You comin’ or what?” So asked Dameon, rolling his eyes. “I don’t know about you, but I kinda want to know why I’m here to begin with.”

Dameon was surprised a bit by Sora's eagerness. Well.. better then some of the company he has been around. And no, he wasn't talking about Kiara. "Yeah, same here!" He said, coming up and walking into the next carriage with the boy. "Oh and by the way, my name's Dameon. Yours is..?"
Introductions might as well be dealt with there. The two would probably need to be good friends to survive in this place..

“Sora,” the teen said, snapping into a sort of goofy salute. “Not everyday I meet a new person while hurtling through some weird-ass world in a train. Might as well stick together for a while.” He pushed the door to the next compartment open, striding in and blinking rapidly.
“Where the heck is everyone?” he asked, noting the heavy silence in the air. “You’d imagine someone would have had to jump on this thing.”

Dameon nodded, surprised a little that no one else but them were on the train. At that point the voice came again, and it was even closer than before! "Hey you two, keep in one of the carriages or I drop you off here!"
"Huh?? Wait who are you?! Are you the conductor or something?"
The voice was silent a moment, then it came slightly confused. "Eh? Conductor? There's no conductor for this train, I 'AM' the train!" Well you don't hear that everyday..

Sora blinked once. Then blinked again. “What the hell?” he asked incredulously, the ridiculousness of the “conductors” words all too obvious. “You ARE the train? What the heck is that supposed to mean?”
“And where are we exactly?” he added in afterthought, massaging his neck and glancing out the window. “I’m pretty sure we’re not back in the city, so spill.”
